1.The shot is held at the base of the fingers not the palm 2.Raise the shot above your head
I think that you have chosen a great sport! I really like shot put and I have started watching it a lot more often in order to follow the career of New Zealander Valerie Adams. She is the most incredible shot putter that I have ever seen! Are you familiar with Valerie? It sounds like she is on track to win yet another gold medal at the Olympic games in Rio. How amazing would that be?!
