LI: To find fractions of shapes and lengths greater than 1. I learnt what Equivalent Fractions meant and how to make it.I learnt this by doing this task.What we had to do was we had to match the symbol to the picture.But the top number has to match the picture by shaded 2 if it is.
Good Stuff :-) These are all matching, hope you have a growing understanding of what an equivalent fraction is and why they are the same. We will build on this looking at fractions of an amount and how to compare different fractions in order. Next time a better explanation to the learning rather than the task would show your level of understanding better.
