Tower Comparision

This term for inquiry we have been learning about the different types of structures. We have been learning about different types of towers. Last week me and Mele created a 3 Venn diagram showing the differences and the same  between the 3 different towers. Me and Mele decided to create a 3 Venn diagram based on the Sky Tower, the Burj Khalifa Tower, and the Eiffel Tower. We also added on some images to show the an example of the tower. I learnt that the Eiffel tower is 300 to 324 meters.

Venn Diagram-Olympic Values

Last week for inquiry I have been creating a DLO about the Winter Olympics Values.The First thing I did was I wrote the Olympics and the PBS Values.Then we compared and sore what was the same.This was a challenge because it was hard to Find the Olympic Values.

LI: to engage with current events.What i learnt was to compare and contrast.I also learnt how to use the 5 hats.What we had to do for the compare and contrast was we had to pick a topic i picked The large fire in London. Then we had to pick 2 articles that is the same topic as we picked then we had to write what was things that are different and then things that are the same.For current events we had to do the same thing but we had to fill in the slide for example it will say how do you feel and i will write sad about what happen.
