HITT

Today we had another session of HITT aka High-intensity interval training.First we got into partners and went to a station. I was with Avalon and the first station we went Push up. Then we did push ups. We could either cross our legs and push our hands up or do the normal type. Then we did Mountain Climbers we used the stage as well as the floor. The last thing we did was a squads beep to the say big sally up big sally down. We needed to beat LS1 as they had 12 people left lucky we beat them by 1 person. The hardest part was the push ups and as I always used my hips instead of my hands.

HITT

This week we had HITT. The exerciser we worked on was Star Jumps,Tap Steps and High Knees. We were trying to get our heart up and pumping and also going into the red section. Mataio and Tiava were helping and teaching us some warm up moves. We even got some music to motivate us. The got into lines of 5 to do this so we had more space.I think this was one of my best sessions of HITT because I really into the style of the exercise.

HITT

This week for HITT aka High-intensity interval training we were learning how to do push up,Upside down pull ups and squads. We did 3 rotations for these exercise. For Squads we needed to get our bum to touch the chair. For Upside down push up we needed to pull up our body by not using our hips but using our arms. For push ups we had different options we either do it on our knees or on our toes. What I found hard was Upside down pull up and push ups.
