Gymnastic





Today we had our second session of Gymnastic. We first started with making our body flexible. Then we played a warm up game called Toilet it was just like stuck in the mud but  when you got stuck you had to pose like a toilet have your hand up and have someone push your hand back. Then we started to do our rotation. The first rotation was building strength we used stairs and we tried to push our selves up and make a L shape with our legs. Then we went to a beam were we needed to a forward roll there was also where we use the other beam to balance and practice cartwheels on the blue line and over the beam. Then the last rotation was jumping on the trampoline and landing,Backward roll and jumping and sticking the landing.
