Day One/Activity 3: Scaling New Heights
We then needed to select a charity that we were interested in. Then we need to read all about the charity..The SPCA is a company that helps recuses animals in need. The SPCA is dedicated to preventing cruelty towards animals.SPCA goal is to protect over 40,000 animals in New Zealand every year. Animals who are sick, injured, abused or simply abandoned. People often volunteer to help these poor animals. Did you know over 40k have been rescued.

Hi Angela!,
ReplyDeleteWhat a great poster you have created about SPCA. I think that SPCA is an awesome charity, that rescues animals. You have a great amount of information about SPCA. I like the way you have included what SPCA stands for. Would you adopt a pet from SPCA? If so what type of pet would you adopt?
Great Work!
Hey Angela! Great work with the Summer Learning Journey - I really enjoy reading your blog posts. Your poster is very intriguing and aesthetically pleasing. I definitely got to find out more about the charity, and how they are saving/helping animals. Why did you decide to talk about the SPCA? I chose their organisation because animal safety isn't talked about as much. I'd love to hear your reason, great work!
