This week was our last week for HIIT. HIIT was a AUT research. We did HIIT twice a week on Monday and Thursday. We did this for 15 Weeks. I definitely found some changes through my fitness. The AUT research fitness was called pau te hau this means get puffed in maori. The exercise we did was tap step,push up,star jumps and sit ups.I liked tap step becauase it was easy.
