What i had to do is talk about 2 things i like and not like about the 1900s fashions.I like 1900s because it is calcis and it has nice colours.I dno't like it when they have long coats and long pants.I think this was fun but i like how it is.
Like you, I am not a huge fan of the long bell bottom-style pants. I don't think that they really flatter anyone as they are tight on the top and really big on the bottom. I am also not a huge fan of the patterns on much of the clothing from the 1970s. Some of them, like the man on the far right in the picture above, were really bright and bold. It's a bit too dramatic for me! I prefer subtle, simple clothing.
If you could choose, what kind of clothing would you wear? Do you like wearing jeans and t-shirts or would you prefer to wear dresses and skirts each day? I used to be a real tomboy (very sporty) and wear only pants but as I have gotten older I have started to enjoy wearing dresses. When I get the chance I go shopping with my aunt in the United States to find cool, new clothes. She's the most amazing shopper!
Do you have anyone in your family who is a good shopper?
I hope that you and your family are having a really nice holiday. It's hard to believe that school is going to start again soon, isn't it?!
I'll look forward to seeing you at Panmure Bridge early in Term 1.
