To day we had HIIT or Pau te Hau lost of people got puffed we did Mountion Climb,Split Squad Karate Kick,Star Jumps and High knees. I got Red.People were trying to get much done.The exerciser was all about stretch.We did 4 sets of the exercise.Some people did the exercise fast.Thank you to Mr Oglive for the session and the support.
